利用規約 Terms of Use

第1条（適用） Article 1 (Applicability)

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the App.

第2条（本アプリの内容） Article 2 (About the App)

本アプリは、壁を描き、ドア・窓・水回り・家具・床などを配置しながら、2Dで間取りを作成し、3Dでも雰囲気を確認できるアプリです。

The App allows users to create floor plans in 2D by drawing walls and placing doors, windows, fixtures, furniture, flooring, and other items, and to view the overall feel in 3D.

新しく間取りを作るほか、用意されたテンプレートから始めたり、保存した間取りを開いて編集を続けたりできます。

Users can create a new floor plan, start from a prepared template, or reopen a saved floor plan and continue editing it.

本アプリは、気軽に間取り作りを楽しみ、配置や雰囲気を確認することを目的としたものであり、建築設計・施工図面・法令確認を目的とした専門的なCADアプリではありません。

The App is intended for casually creating floor plans and checking layouts and overall appearance. It is not a professional CAD app for architectural design, construction drawings, or legal compliance checks.

第3条（表示・寸法等について） Article 3 (Display, Dimensions, and Related Information)

1. 本アプリでは、1マスを45cmとして間取りを表現しています。 In the App, one grid square represents 45 cm.
2. 本アプリに表示される寸法、面積、畳数その他の数値は、間取り作りを楽しむための目安として提供するものであり、実際の建築図面、不動産表示その他の正式な測定値を保証するものではありません。 Dimensions, floor area, tatami values, and other numerical information displayed in the App are provided as approximate guides and do not guarantee measurements used in actual architectural drawings, real estate listings, or other official materials.
3. 本アプリ内の家具、家電、設備等の大きさはおおよその目安であり、実際の製品寸法を正確に再現したものではありません。 Furniture, appliances, fixtures, and other items shown in the App are approximate in size and do not reproduce the exact dimensions of real products.
4. 実際に家具、家電、設備等を購入または設置する場合は、利用者ご自身で製品寸法や設置場所の広さ等をご確認ください。 Before purchasing or installing real furniture, appliances, fixtures, or other items, users should confirm the actual product dimensions and available installation space.

第4条（3D表示について） Article 4 (3D Display)

1. 3D表示は、2Dで作成した間取りをミニチュア風に表示し、部屋のつながりや家具の配置、全体の雰囲気等を確認するための簡易的な機能です。 The 3D view is a simplified miniature-style representation of the floor plan created in 2D and is intended for checking room connections, furniture placement, and the overall feel.
2. 3D表示は、実際の建物の形状、高さ、構造、採光、施工状態その他の建築条件を正確に再現または保証するものではありません。 The 3D view does not accurately reproduce or guarantee the actual shape, height, structure, lighting conditions, construction state, or other architectural conditions of a real building.
3. 2階建ての間取りについても、1階と2階の高さ関係や階高を立体的に再現するものではありません。階段の上り・下りは、分かりやすくするための簡易的な見た目の表現です。 For two-story floor plans, the vertical relationship and actual floor-to-floor height between floors are not reproduced in 3D. Upward and downward stairs are shown using simplified visual representations for clarity.

第5条（間取りデータについて） Article 5 (Floor Plan Data)

1. 本アプリで作成・保存した間取りデータは、利用者が使用している端末内に保存されます。 Floor plan data created and saved in the App is stored on the user's device.
2. 本アプリで作成した個々の間取りデータが、開発者へ送信されることはありません。また、開発者が個々の間取り内容を取得・閲覧することもありません。 Individual floor plan data created in the App is not sent to the Developer, and the Developer does not collect or view individual floor plan contents.
3. 本アプリには、間取りデータを他の端末へ同期するための専用機能はありません。また、アプリ内に間取りデータをバックアップ・復元するための専用機能はありません。 The App does not provide a dedicated feature for syncing floor plan data with other devices, nor does it provide a dedicated in-app backup or restore feature.
4. 作成途中の内容を一時的に残す下書き機能は、保存忘れを防ぐための補助機能であり、間取りデータの恒久的な保存やバックアップを保証するものではありません。 The draft feature temporarily retains work in progress to help reduce accidental loss before saving, but it does not guarantee permanent storage or serve as a backup system.
5. アプリの削除、端末の故障・紛失・初期化、OSの変更その他の事情により、保存した間取りデータ等が失われる場合があります。 Saved floor plan data may be lost due to deletion of the App, device failure, loss or reset of the device, operating system changes, or other circumstances.

第6条（広告について） Article 6 (Advertising)

1. 本アプリでは、運営を支えるため、編集画面の上部に広告が表示される場合があります。 An advertisement may be displayed at the top of the editing screen to support operation of the App.
2. 広告の内容および表示方法は広告配信事業者により提供されるものであり、開発者がその内容の正確性、安全性等を保証するものではありません。 Advertising content and display methods are provided by the advertising provider, and the Developer does not guarantee their accuracy, safety, or other characteristics.
3. 広告の内容や表示方法は、予告なく変更される場合があります。 Advertising content and display methods may change without notice.
4. 利用者は、広告に関するトラッキングを許可するかどうかを選択できます。 Users can choose whether to permit tracking related to advertising.
5. トラッキングを許可しない場合でも、本アプリの機能に制限はありません。 All App features remain available even if tracking is not permitted.

第7条（禁止事項） Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users must not engage in the following actions when using the App:

1. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為 Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
2. 本アプリの不正な改変、解析、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイルまたは逆アセンブル等を行う行為 Unauthorized modification, analysis, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or similar actions involving the App
3. 開発者または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為 Actions that infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of the Developer or third parties
4. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為 Actions that interfere with the operation of the App

第8条（知的財産権・制作素材等について） Article 8 (Intellectual Property and Materials)

1. 本アプリ、公式サイトおよび開発者が本アプリの紹介のために作成・掲載する文章、画像、アイコン、イラスト、デザイン、プログラムその他のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の権利は、開発者または正当な権利を有する各権利者に帰属します。 Copyrights and other rights relating to the App, official website, and text, images, icons, illustrations, designs, programs, and other content created or published to introduce the App belong to the Developer or the respective legitimate rights holders.
2. 本アプリおよび本アプリを紹介するための画像等の制作には、生成AI等のツールを利用して生成した素材を、開発者が選定・加工・調整して使用している場合があります。 Some materials used in the App or in images created to introduce the App may have been generated with generative AI or similar tools and then selected, edited, and adjusted by the Developer.
3. 開発者は第三者の知的財産権を尊重し、できる限り注意してコンテンツを制作していますが、万一、権利侵害等についてお気づきの点がありましたら、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、必要に応じて修正・削除等の対応を行います。 The Developer respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and takes reasonable care when creating content. If you notice any possible rights-related issue, please contact us through the contact form. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, make corrections, remove the relevant content, or take other necessary action.

第9条（免責事項） Article 9 (Disclaimer)

本アプリは、できるだけ安心してご利用いただけるよう制作していますが、以下の点についてあらかじめご了承ください。

The App is created with care, but please note the following:

1. 開発者は、本アプリがすべての端末で正常に動作すること、バグや不具合がないこと、ならびに本アプリの安全性、正確性および特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。 The Developer does not guarantee that the App will operate correctly on every device, be free from bugs or errors, or be safe, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
2. 本アプリで作成した間取り、寸法、面積、畳数、家具・設備の配置、3D表示その他の内容は参考として提供されるものであり、実際の建築可否、構造上の安全性、法令への適合性、施工可能性その他の専門的事項を保証するものではありません。 Floor plans, dimensions, floor areas, tatami values, furniture and fixture placement, 3D displays, and other content provided by the App are for reference only and do not guarantee actual buildability, structural safety, legal compliance, construction feasibility, or other professional matters.
3. 本アプリを参考にした実際の建築、リフォーム、家具・家電・設備等の購入または設置その他の判断は、利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。 Users are responsible for their own decisions regarding actual construction, renovation, or the purchase and installation of furniture, appliances, fixtures, or other items based on use of the App.
4. 保存した間取りデータ等の消失・破損について、開発者は、開発者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。 The Developer shall not be liable for loss or corruption of saved floor plan data except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer.
5. 本アプリの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、開発者は、開発者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。 The Developer shall not be liable for damages incurred in connection with use of the App except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer.
6. 消費者契約法その他の法令により、本条の免責規定にかかわらず開発者が損害賠償責任を負う場合、その賠償範囲は、法令上許される範囲において、利用者に直接かつ現実に生じた通常の損害に限られるものとします。 Where the Developer is liable for damages notwithstanding this disclaimer under applicable law, the scope of liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to direct, actual, and ordinary damages incurred by the user.
7. 利用者の端末、通信環境、OS、広告配信サービスその他の外部サービスに起因する不具合やトラブルについて、開発者は責任を負わないものとします。 The Developer shall not be responsible for problems arising from the user's device, communication environment, operating system, advertising services, or other external services.

第10条（サービスの変更・終了） Article 10 (Changes and Termination)

開発者は、本アプリの改善、仕様変更、外部サービスの変更その他の事情により、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了する場合があります。

The Developer may change or discontinue the App due to improvements, specification changes, changes to external services, or other circumstances.

その際は、可能な範囲で事前にお知らせするよう努めます。

The Developer will endeavor to provide advance notice where reasonably possible.

第11条（規約の変更） Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

開発者は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更、サービス内容の見直し等に応じて、本規約を変更する場合があります。

The Developer may update these Terms in response to changes in laws, App features, or service content.

変更後の規約は、公式サイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Updated Terms will take effect when posted on the official website.

第12条（年齢について） Article 12 (Age)

未成年の方は、必要に応じて保護者の同意のもとで本アプリをご利用ください。

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian when appropriate.

第13条（準拠法） Article 13 (Governing Law)

本規約は、日本法に準拠するものとします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

第14条（可分性） Article 14 (Severability)

本規約のいずれかの条項またはその一部が、法令等により無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、その他の条項および当該条項の残りの部分は、引き続き有効に存続するものとします。

If any provision of these Terms, or any part thereof, is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions and the remaining parts of such provision shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
