1. 取得する情報について Information We Collect

（1）利用者が作成・保存する間取りデータ (1) Floor Plan Data Created and Saved by Users

本アプリでは、壁、ドア、窓、水回り、家具、床などを配置して間取りを作成し、保存することができます。

The App allows users to create and save floor plans by placing walls, doors, windows, fixtures, furniture, flooring, and other items.

作成・保存した間取りデータは、お使いの端末内に保存されます。

Floor plan data created and saved in the App is stored on the user's device.

（2）広告表示に関する情報 (2) Information Related to Advertising

本アプリでは、Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用しています。本アプリの編集画面上部に広告が表示される場合があります。

The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google LLC. An advertisement may be displayed at the top of the editing screen.

広告配信事業者は、広告の表示、配信、効果測定、不正防止等に必要な範囲で、端末情報や広告配信に関する技術情報等を自動的に取得する場合があります。

The advertising provider may automatically collect device information and technical information related to ad delivery to the extent necessary for displaying and delivering ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and related purposes.

これらの情報は広告配信事業者が取得・管理するものであり、開発者が直接取得または保管するものではありません。

This information is collected and managed by the advertising provider and is not directly collected or stored by the Developer.

（3）トラッキングについて (3) Tracking

本アプリでは、広告表示に関して、Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）を通じて、利用者がトラッキングを許可するかどうかを選択できる仕組みを採用しています。

For advertising purposes, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, which allows users to choose whether to permit tracking.

• トラッキングを許可した場合：広告配信事業者により、広告識別子（IDFA）等が広告配信のために利用されることがあります。 If tracking is permitted: The advertising provider may use advertising identifiers such as the IDFA for advertising purposes.
• トラッキングを許可しない場合：広告識別子を利用したトラッキングを行わない形で広告が表示される場合があります。 If tracking is not permitted: Ads may still be displayed without tracking that uses the advertising identifier.

2. 情報の利用目的 Purpose of Use

利用者が作成した間取りデータは、本アプリ内で間取りの表示、編集、保存、3D表示等の機能を提供するために利用されます。

Floor plan data created by users is used within the App to provide features such as displaying, editing, saving, and viewing floor plans in 3D.

広告配信事業者により取得される情報は、広告の表示、配信、効果測定、不正防止等の目的で利用される場合があります。詳細については、広告配信事業者のプライバシーポリシー等をご確認ください。

Information collected by the advertising provider may be used for displaying and delivering ads, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud, and related purposes. For details, please refer to the advertising provider's privacy policy.

3. 保存・同期・バックアップについて Saving, Syncing, and Backup

本アプリで作成・保存した間取りデータは、お使いの端末内に保存されます。

Floor plan data created and saved in the App is stored on the user's device.

本アプリには、間取りデータを他の端末へ同期するための専用機能はありません。また、アプリ内に間取りデータをバックアップ・復元するための専用機能はありません。

The App does not provide a dedicated feature for syncing floor plan data with other devices, nor does it provide a dedicated in-app backup or restore feature.

作成途中の内容を一時的に残す下書き機能は、保存忘れを防ぐための補助機能であり、間取りデータの恒久的な保存やバックアップを保証するものではありません。

The draft feature temporarily retains work in progress to help reduce accidental loss before saving, but it does not guarantee permanent storage or serve as a backup system.

4. 解析ツールについて Usage Analysis Tools

本アプリでは、開発者独自の利用状況解析ツールは使用していません。開発者が、利用者の個々の間取り内容を記録・分析することはありません。

The App does not use any developer-operated usage analysis tools. The Developer does not record or analyze the contents of individual floor plans created by users.

ただし、Google AdMob 等の第三者サービスにおいて、広告配信等に必要な情報が処理される場合があります。

However, third-party services such as Google AdMob may process information necessary for advertising and related services.

5. 第三者による情報の取扱いについて Third-Party Data Handling

広告配信事業者が取得する情報の取扱いについては、各事業者が定めるプライバシーポリシー等をご確認ください。

6. 情報の第三者提供について Sharing with Third Parties

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、開発者が直接取得した利用者の情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

The Developer will not provide user information directly collected by the Developer to third parties, except as required by law.

なお、Google AdMob 等の第三者サービスが取得する情報については、それぞれの事業者のプライバシーポリシー等に基づいて取り扱われます。

Information collected by third-party services such as Google AdMob is handled in accordance with the privacy policies and related terms of those providers.

7. 開発元「ちょこもふらぼ」公式サイトについて About the Chocomofu Lab Official Website

本アプリのプライバシーポリシー、使い方、ご質問（Q&A）、お問い合わせフォーム等は、本アプリの開発元である「ちょこもふらぼ」の公式サイトに掲載されています。

The App's Privacy Policy, instructions, FAQ, contact form, and related information are provided on the official Chocomofu Lab website.

お問い合わせフォームで入力された情報の取扱いについては、ちょこもふらぼ公式サイトのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

8. 未成年の利用について Use by Minors

未成年の方は、必要に応じて保護者の同意のもとで本アプリをご利用ください。

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian when appropriate.

9. プライバシーポリシーの変更 Changes to This Policy

開発者は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更、利用する外部サービスの変更等に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後の内容は、公式サイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy in response to changes in laws, App features, or third-party services used by the App. Any changes will take effect when posted on the official website.
