利用規約 Terms of Use

第1条（適用）Article 1 (Applicability)

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the App.

第2条（本アプリの内容）Article 2 (About the App)

本アプリは、買い物前に買うものをリストに追加し、買い物中にチェックするためのシンプルな買い物リストアプリです。

The App is a simple shopping list app for adding items before shopping and checking them while shopping.

本アプリは、日常の小さな買い忘れを防ぐための補助として利用することを目的としており、買い忘れの完全な防止や、買い物内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。

The App is intended as a support tool to help reduce small everyday forgotten items. It does not guarantee complete prevention of forgotten items or the accuracy of shopping contents.

第3条（利用上の注意）Article 3 (Usage Precautions)

1. 歩行中や、周囲への注意が必要な状況では使用しないでください。 Please do not use the App while walking or in situations that require attention to your surroundings.
2. 店舗内や移動中に端末を操作する際は、周囲の状況に十分ご注意ください。 Please pay careful attention to your surroundings when operating your device in stores or while moving.
3. 買い物内容、数量、価格、購入判断等は、利用者ご自身の責任で確認してください。 Users are responsible for checking shopping items, quantities, prices, and purchase decisions themselves.

第4条（リスト機能について）Article 4 (List Feature)

1. 利用者は、本アプリ内で買い物リストの内容を入力・編集・削除することができます。 Users can enter, edit, and delete shopping list contents in the App.
2. 入力する内容は、買い物リストとして必要な範囲でご利用ください。 Please use the input feature within the scope needed for a shopping list.

第5条（データの保存）Article 5 (Data Storage)

1. 入力した買い物リストの内容は、本アプリ内で表示・確認できるように保存されます。 Shopping list contents you enter are saved so that they can be displayed and checked within the App.
2. 入力した買い物リストの内容が、開発者に送信されることはありません。また、開発者がその内容を取得・閲覧することもありません。 The contents of your shopping list are not sent to the Developer. The Developer also does not collect or view those contents.
3. 本アプリには、専用のバックアップ機能や同期機能はありません。機種変更、アプリの削除、端末の故障、OSのアップデート等により、保存されたリスト内容が消失する場合があります。 The App does not have a dedicated backup or sync feature. Saved list contents may be lost due to changing devices, deleting the App, device failure, OS updates, or similar circumstances.

第6条（広告について）Article 6 (Advertising)

1. 本アプリでは、アプリ内の一部画面に広告が表示される場合があります。 Ads may be displayed on some screens in the App.
2. 広告の内容および表示方法は、広告配信事業者の責任に基づくものであり、開発者がその正確性・安全性を保証するものではありません。 The content and display method of ads are the responsibility of the advertising provider, and the Developer does not guarantee their accuracy or safety.
3. 広告の内容や表示方法は、予告なく変更されることがあります。 The content and display of ads may change without notice.
4. トラッキングを許可しない場合でも、本アプリのすべての機能をそのままご利用いただけます。 Even if tracking is not permitted, all App features remain available.

第7条（禁止事項）Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users must not engage in the following actions when using the App:

1. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為 Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
2. 本アプリの改変、解析、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、または逆アセンブル行為 Modifying, analyzing, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
3. 他の利用者または第三者の権利（知的財産権、プライバシー権、名誉権等を含みます）を侵害する行為 Actions that infringe on the rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, and honor rights, of other users or third parties
4. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為 Actions that interfere with the operation of the App

第8条（知的財産権・使用素材等について） Article 8 (Intellectual Property and Use of Materials)

1. 本アプリ、ならびに開発者が本アプリの紹介のために作成・掲載する画像、アプリ内の文章、画像、アイコン、イラスト、デザイン、プログラムなどに関する著作権その他の権利は、開発者または正当な権利を有する各権利者に帰属します。 Copyrights and other rights related to the App, images created or posted by the Developer to introduce the App, and text, images, icons, illustrations, designs, programs, and other content in the App belong to the Developer or to the respective rights holders who have legitimate rights.
2. 本アプリの制作にあたっては、開発者が制作・確認したもののほか、生成AI等のツールを、商用利用が認められた範囲で補助（参考・下書き・調整など）として使用したものや、Canva等の外部サービスからライセンス規約に基づいて適正に使用している素材が含まれています。 In creating the App, some parts were created and reviewed by the Developer, while generative AI and similar tools may have been used as support, such as for reference, drafting, or adjustment, within the scope where commercial use is permitted. Some materials provided by external services such as Canva are also used appropriately in accordance with their license terms.
3. 開発者は第三者の知的財産権を尊重し、できる限り注意してコンテンツを制作していますが、万一権利侵害等のご指摘がある場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。事実関係を確認のうえ、必要に応じて修正・削除等の対応を行います。 The Developer respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and creates the content with as much care as possible. If you believe there may be an infringement of rights or a related issue, please contact us through the contact form. We will review the facts and, if necessary, take actions such as correction or removal.

第9条（免責事項）Article 9 (Disclaimer)

本アプリは、できるだけ安心してご利用いただけるよう制作していますが、以下の点についてあらかじめご了承ください。

The App is created with care so that users can use it with peace of mind, but please note the following points.

1. 開発者は、本アプリが全ての端末で正常に動作すること、バグや不具合がないこと、および本アプリの安全性、正確性、適合性について、明示的にも黙示的にも一切の保証を行いません。 The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, that the App will function correctly on all devices, will be free of bugs or errors, or regarding its safety, accuracy, or suitability.
2. 本アプリは、買い忘れの完全な防止や、買い物内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。買い物内容や購入判断は、利用者ご自身の責任で確認してください。 The App does not guarantee complete prevention of forgotten items or the accuracy of shopping contents. Users are responsible for checking shopping contents and making purchase decisions themselves.
3. 本アプリの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、開発者は、開発者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負わないものとします。 The Developer shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of the App, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer.
4. 消費者契約法の適用その他の理由により、本条の免責規定にかかわらず開発者が損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、その賠償範囲は、利用者に直接かつ現実に生じた通常の損害に限られるものとします。 Even if the Developer is held liable for damages notwithstanding the disclaimers in this article due to the applicability of the Consumer Contract Act or other reasons, the scope of such liability shall be limited to direct, actual, and ordinary damages incurred by the user.
5. 利用者は、本アプリに記録したリスト内容を自己の責任において管理するものとします。開発者は、本アプリの不具合、端末の故障、アプリの削除、またはOSのアップデート等により保存データが消失・毀損した場合、一切の責任を負わないものとします。 Users shall manage list contents recorded in the App at their own responsibility. The Developer shall not be liable for any loss or damage to stored data caused by App malfunctions, device failure, App deletion, OS updates, or similar circumstances.
6. 利用者の端末、通信環境、または外部サービスに起因するトラブルについて、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。 The Developer shall not be responsible for any issues arising from the user's device, communication environment, or external services.

第10条（サービスの変更・終了）Article 10 (Changes and Termination)

開発者は、やむを得ない事情がある場合、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。その際は、可能な範囲で事前にお知らせするよう努めます。

The Developer may change the content of or discontinue the App if unavoidable circumstances arise. In such cases, the Developer will endeavor to notify users in advance to the extent possible.

第11条（規約の変更）Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

開発者は、法令の変更やサービス内容の見直し等に応じて、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、公式サイトへの掲載をもって効力を生じるものとします。

The Developer may update these Terms in response to changes in laws or service content. Updated Terms will take effect upon posting on the official website.

第12条（年齢について）Article 12 (Age)

未成年の方は、保護者の同意のもとで本アプリをご利用ください。

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

第13条（準拠法）Article 13 (Governing Law)

本規約に関して生じた紛争については、日本法を準拠法とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
