3つの羊モードからお好きなモードを選び、ゆっくり歩く羊を眺めながらリラックスしてお過ごしください。
Choose from three sheep modes and relax while watching the sheep walk gently across the screen.
カウント羊Count Sheep
羊を数えながら静かな時間を過ごすモードです。
Count sheep as they pass for a quiet, peaceful time.
カウントなし羊Relax Sheep
ゆっくり歩く羊を眺めてのんびり過ごすモードです。
A mode for spending a quiet, gentle moment while watching the sheep walk slowly.
メッセージ羊Message Sheep
やさしいメッセージとともに心を休めるモードです。
Rest your mind with gentle messages alongside the sheep.

✨ Tips
- 体験時間の目安は約10〜20分程度です。Recommended session length is about 10–20 minutes.
- 本アプリは音が出ませんので、静かな時間にも安心してご利用いただけます。The app has no sound, so it can be used quietly at any time.
- 操作に正解やルールはありません。ご自身のペースで自由にお楽しみください。There are no rules or right answers — enjoy it at your own pace.

- 周囲の明るさや、ご自身の体調に配慮してください。 Please be mindful of your surroundings, brightness, and physical condition.

- 目の疲れを感じた場合は、無理に操作を続けず、ご利用を中断してください。 If you experience eye strain, please stop using the App rather than continuing to operate it.

眠る前の時間を静かに過ごしたり、考えごとから少し離れるきっかけとしてご利用ください。

💬 メッセージについてAbout Messages
アプリ内で表示されるメッセージは、ひとつの考え方の例として提供されるものです。すべての方に当てはまることを意図したものではありません。
Messages displayed in the app are provided as examples of one way of thinking and are not intended to apply to everyone.
合わないと感じた場合は、メッセージが表示されないモード（カウントなし羊）をご利用ください。
If the messages don't feel right for you, please use the mode without messages (Relax Sheep).
📝 わたしのことばMy Words
「わたしのことば」では、メッセージを自由に編集できます。
In "My Words," you can freely edit the messages.
🔒 データの保存についてAbout Data Storage
- 「わたしのことば」に入力された内容は、ご利用者のデバイス内にのみ保存されます。"My Words" content is stored only on your device.
- インターネットを通じて送信されたり、外部サーバーへ保存されることはありません。It is never sent over the internet or saved to external servers.
- 本アプリでは、利用状況の解析や行動履歴の追跡（トラッキング）は行っていません。The app does not perform usage analysis or behavioral tracking.
広告表示に関しては、利用者が選択したトラッキング設定に基づき、広告配信事業者が情報を利用することがあります。
For advertising, the advertising provider may use information based on the tracking settings you have selected.
