なかなか眠れない日があったり、気持ちが落ち着かないまま一日を終えることがありました。
そんな経験から「せめて寝る前だけでも、少しのんびり過ごせたらいいな」と思いこのアプリを作りました。

There were nights when I had trouble falling asleep, or days that ended before I could fully feel at ease.
From those experiences, I came to wish for a place where, at least before sleep, I could spend a little quiet time. That is why I created this app.

不具合ではありません。このアプリは、音が出ない仕様になっています。

This is not a bug. The app is designed to have no sound.

これらのメッセージは、昔の自分、そして今もときどき気持ちが揺らぐことのある自分に向けて書いた言葉です。同じような気持ちになる日がある方にも、そっと寄り添えたらと思っています。

These messages are words I wrote for my younger self, and also for the part of me that still has days when I feel uncertain. I hope they can quietly be there for anyone who may be feeling something similar.

これらのメッセージはひとつの考え方の例として表示されるもので、すべての方に合うことを意図したものではありません。もし合わないと感じた場合は、メッセージを表示しないモードや、ご自身で編集できる「わたしのことば」を自由に使っていただければと思います。

These messages are shared as one possible way of thinking and are not intended to suit everyone. If they don't feel right for you, you can use the mode without messages or write your own words in "My Words."

今のところ、速度の変更はできません。ゆっくり歩く羊を、のんびり眺めてもらえたらと思っています。

Speed adjustment is not currently available. I hope you can enjoy quietly watching the sheep walk at a gentle pace.

申し訳ありませんが、変更できません。本来であれば、すべての機種に合わせて細かく最適化するのが理想ですが、現時点では、そこまで細かな調整には対応していません。それでも、できるだけ多くの方にやさしく読んでもらえるよう、今の大きさと位置に調整しています。

Unfortunately, this cannot be changed. Ideally, the display would be finely optimized for every device, but that level of detailed adjustment is not supported at this time. The current size and position were chosen to be as readable as possible for as many people as possible.

現在は、羊のカウント数を変更することはできません。50カウント固定にしています。

The sheep count cannot currently be changed. It is fixed at 50 counts.

No. Mofu Sheep is not intended for medical use, treatment, diagnosis, or improving sleep.

羊を眺めながら、のんびり過ごすためのリラックスアプリです。

It is a relaxation app for spending a quiet, unhurried moment while watching sheep.

眠れない状態が続く場合や、体調・心の不調を感じる場合は、無理をせず、専門の方に相談してください。

If sleeplessness continues, or if you feel physical or emotional discomfort, please do not push yourself and consider consulting a specialist.

広告はメニュー画面下部にのみ表示されます。
羊を眺めている途中や、メッセージを読んでいる最中に広告が表示されることはありません。

Ads are displayed only at the bottom of the menu screen. No ads will appear while you are watching the sheep or reading messages.

最初に表示される「トラッキングの選択」は、メニュー画面下部に表示される広告について、あなたにとって関心の高い広告を表示しやすくするかどうかを選ぶものです。

The "tracking choice" displayed when you first start the app is used to choose whether or not to show ads that are more relevant to your interests at the bottom of the menu screen.

この「トラッキングの選択」は、あとから変更することもできます。変更したい場合は、アプリの中ではなく、ご自身のiPhoneの「設定」から、アプリ一覧の中にある「おやすみもふ羊」を選んで設定を変更してください。

You can change this tracking setting at any time. If you wish to change it, please do so from your iPhone's "Settings" app by selecting "Mofu Sheep" from the app list, rather than from within the app itself.

わからない場合や、不安に感じる場合は、トラッキングを許可せずに、そのままご利用ください。

If you are unsure or feel uncomfortable, please feel free to use the app without allowing tracking.

現時点では、広告を非表示にする機能はありません。本アプリは無料で提供しており、運営を支えるため、メニュー画面下部にのみ広告を表示しています。

At the moment, there is no option to hide ads. This app is provided for free, and ads are displayed only at the bottom of the menu screen to support its operation.

本アプリのデータは、端末内にのみ保存されます。機種変更やアプリの削除を行った場合、内容は引き継がれません。

App data is stored only on your device. If you change devices or delete the app, the content will not be transferred.

現在、本アプリはiPhone（iOS）のみの対応となっております。開発は個人で行っており、現時点でAndroid版を制作する予定はありません。

The app is currently available only for iPhone (iOS). Development is done individually, and there are no current plans to create an Android version.
