利用規約 Terms of Use

第1条（適用） Article 1 (Applicability)

本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the App.

第2条（本アプリの内容） Article 2 (About the App)

本アプリは、セールや買い物の際に、商品の金額、割引率、割引額、税率等を入力し、値引き後の金額を計算するためのアプリです。

The App is designed to calculate discounted prices by allowing users to enter item prices, discount rates, discount amounts, tax rates, and related information.

「まとめて計算」と「商品ごとに計算」の2つの計算方法を利用できます。

The App provides two calculation modes: calculating discounts together and calculating discounts for individual items.

本アプリは、買い物時の値引き金額を確認するための補助として利用することを目的とするものであり、店舗における実際の販売価格または支払い金額を保証するものではありません。

The App is intended as a supporting tool for checking discounted prices while shopping and does not guarantee the actual sale price or payment amount charged by a store.

第3条（利用上の注意） Article 3 (Usage Precautions)

1. 歩行中や、周囲への注意が必要な状況では本アプリを操作しないでください。 Please do not operate the App while walking or in situations that require attention to your surroundings.
2. 店舗内で端末を操作する際は、周囲の状況や他のお客様に十分ご注意ください。 Please pay careful attention to your surroundings and other customers when operating your device inside a store.
3. 商品価格、割引条件、消費税率、割引の適用順等については、利用者ご自身で店舗の表示や案内をご確認ください。 Users are responsible for confirming product prices, discount conditions, tax rates, the order in which discounts are applied, and related information provided by the store.
4. 実際の購入および支払いに関する判断は、利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。 Users are responsible for their own purchasing and payment decisions.

第4条（計算機能について） Article 4 (Calculation Features)

1. 利用者は、本アプリ内で商品の金額、割引率、割引額、税率等を入力し、値引き後の金額等を計算することができます。 Users can enter item prices, discount rates, discount amounts, tax rates, and related information to calculate discounted prices in the App.
2. 本アプリの計算結果は、利用者が入力した内容に基づいて算出されます。 Calculation results are based on the information entered by the user.
3. 店舗ごとの端数処理、割引の適用順、税の計算方法、キャンペーン条件等により、本アプリの計算結果と実際の支払い金額が異なる場合があります。計算結果は目安としてお使いください。 Results may differ from the actual amount charged due to store-specific rounding rules, discount order, tax calculation methods, promotional conditions, or similar factors. Please use the calculation results as a guide only.

第5条（入力内容・計算結果について） Article 5 (Input and Calculation Results)

1. 本アプリで入力した商品の金額、割引率、割引額、税率等は、本アプリの計算機能を提供するために利用されます。 Item prices, discount rates, discount amounts, tax rates, and related information entered in the App are used to provide the App's calculation features.
2. 本アプリで入力した計算内容が、開発者に送信されることはありません。また、開発者が個々の計算内容を取得・閲覧することもありません。 Calculation details entered in the App are not sent to the Developer. The Developer also does not collect or view individual calculation details.
3. 本アプリには、計算内容や計算履歴を他の端末へ同期するための専用機能はありません。 The App does not provide a dedicated feature for synchronizing calculation contents or calculation history with other devices.
4. アプリのリセット、削除、端末の故障、OSの変更その他の事情により、入力内容等が保持されない場合があります。 Input or related information may not be retained due to resetting or deleting the App, device failure, operating system changes, or similar circumstances.

第6条（広告について） Article 6 (Advertising)

1. 本アプリでは、運営を支えるため、トップ画面の下部に広告が表示される場合があります。 An advertisement may be displayed at the bottom of the App's home screen to support its operation.
2. 広告の内容および表示方法は広告配信事業者により提供されるものであり、開発者がその内容の正確性、安全性等を保証するものではありません。 Advertising content and display methods are provided by the advertising provider, and the Developer does not guarantee their accuracy, safety, or other characteristics.
3. 広告の内容や表示方法は、予告なく変更される場合があります。 Advertising content and display methods may change without notice.
4. 利用者は、広告に関するトラッキングを許可するかどうかを選択できます。 Users can choose whether to permit tracking related to advertising.
5. トラッキングを許可しない場合でも、本アプリの計算機能に制限はありません。 The App's calculation features remain available even if tracking is not permitted.

第7条（禁止事項） Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

Users must not engage in the following actions when using the App:

1. 法令または公序良俗に反する行為 Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
2. 本アプリの不正な改変、解析、リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイルまたは逆アセンブル等を行う行為 Unauthorized modification, analysis, reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or similar actions involving the App
3. 開発者または第三者の知的財産権、プライバシーその他の権利を侵害する行為 Actions that infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of the Developer or third parties
4. 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為 Actions that interfere with the operation of the App

第8条（知的財産権・制作素材等について） Article 8 (Intellectual Property and Materials)

1. 本アプリ、公式サイトおよび開発者が本アプリの紹介のために作成・掲載する文章、画像、アイコン、イラスト、デザイン、プログラムその他のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の権利は、開発者または正当な権利を有する各権利者に帰属します。 Copyrights and other rights relating to the App, official website, and text, images, icons, illustrations, designs, programs, and other content created or published to introduce the App belong to the Developer or the respective legitimate rights holders.
2. 本アプリおよび本アプリを紹介するための画像等の制作には、生成AI等のツールを利用して生成した素材を、開発者が選定・加工・調整して使用している場合があります。 Some materials used in the App or in images created to introduce the App may have been generated with generative AI or similar tools and then selected, edited, and adjusted by the Developer.
3. 開発者は第三者の知的財産権を尊重し、できる限り注意してコンテンツを制作していますが、万一、権利侵害等についてお気づきの点がありましたら、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。内容を確認のうえ、必要に応じて修正・削除等の対応を行います。 The Developer respects the intellectual property rights of third parties and takes reasonable care when creating content. If you notice any possible rights-related issue, please contact us through the contact form. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, make corrections, remove the relevant content, or take other necessary action.

第9条（免責事項） Article 9 (Disclaimer)

本アプリは、できるだけ安心してご利用いただけるよう制作していますが、以下の点についてあらかじめご了承ください。

The App is created with care, but please note the following:

1. 開発者は、本アプリがすべての端末で正常に動作すること、バグや不具合がないこと、ならびに本アプリの安全性、正確性および特定の目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。 The Developer does not guarantee that the App will operate correctly on every device, be free from bugs or errors, or be safe, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
2. 本アプリの計算結果は参考として提供されるものであり、店舗における実際の販売価格、割引金額、税額または支払い金額を保証するものではありません。 Calculation results are provided for reference only and do not guarantee actual sale prices, discounts, taxes, or payment amounts charged by a store.
3. 実際の商品価格、割引条件、税の取扱いその他の販売条件については、利用者ご自身で店舗の表示や案内をご確認ください。 Users are responsible for confirming actual product prices, discount conditions, tax treatment, and other sale conditions with the store.
4. 本アプリの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、開発者は、開発者に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負わないものとします。 The Developer shall not be liable for damages incurred in connection with use of the App except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer.
5. 消費者契約法その他の法令により、本条の免責規定にかかわらず開発者が損害賠償責任を負う場合、その賠償範囲は、法令上許される範囲において、利用者に直接かつ現実に生じた通常の損害に限られるものとします。 Where the Developer is liable for damages notwithstanding this disclaimer under applicable law, the scope of liability shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to direct, actual, and ordinary damages incurred by the user.
6. 利用者の端末、通信環境、OS、広告配信サービスその他の外部サービスに起因する不具合やトラブルについて、開発者は責任を負わないものとします。 The Developer shall not be responsible for problems arising from the user's device, communication environment, operating system, advertising services, or other external services.

第10条（サービスの変更・終了） Article 10 (Changes and Termination)

開発者は、本アプリの改善、仕様変更、外部サービスの変更その他の事情により、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了する場合があります。

The Developer may change or discontinue the App due to improvements, specification changes, changes to external services, or other circumstances.

その際は、可能な範囲で事前にお知らせするよう努めます。

The Developer will endeavor to provide advance notice where reasonably possible.

第11条（規約の変更） Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

開発者は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更、サービス内容の見直し等に応じて、本規約を変更する場合があります。

The Developer may update these Terms in response to changes in laws, App features, or service content.

変更後の規約は、公式サイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

Updated Terms will take effect when posted on the official website.

第12条（年齢について） Article 12 (Age)

未成年の方は、必要に応じて保護者の同意のもとで本アプリをご利用ください。

Minors should use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian when appropriate.

第13条（準拠法） Article 13 (Governing Law)

本規約は、日本法に準拠するものとします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
